Best bank. No cap. Deffo recommend to everyone. Big up chase uk. Best app. Best customer service. Best security. Cash back on spending. Love the rewards. I have earned bare money just by spending the money I already have. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Brilliant

My experience of banking with Chase is only positive. I’ve earned lots of cash back through debit card purchases, the app is extremely convenient and easy to navigate. The one and only time I needed to call customer service, I was connected to a real person who’s first language was English and she was clearly in the same country as me. She was extremely helpful, very pleasant and it turned out that the issue was that I had tried to pay for something using my old debit card by mistake because I had only recently changed bank’s and still had my old card in my wallet. We had a laugh about it and she checked if I was happy with the service that Chase were providing and if there was anything else I needed. Nice to have personal service. She could have been dismissive as I had effectively wasted her time, but I felt like a valued customer. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
