3 years & still happy

Been a Chase customer since they first appeared on the market & never had any reason to complain or be annoyed by anything. Use it for all my everyday spending and some larger purchases too because I get much better cash back from Chase than I was getting from other banks. . Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Banking made super easy

Fee free, cashback on spending, competitive easy access savings rate, app simple & easy to use, what I appreciate very much is that unlike my other bank accounts, if a scheduled payment fails I get a notification informing me that a 2nd attempt will be made later in the day so I have time to transfer money. Easy to set up multiple accounts & transferring between them is easy & instantaneous. Contacted customer service 2 or 3 times, through to a real & friendly person within minutes.
