Best bank in the UK

I was so happy to be accepted for a chase account. I’d been waiting for Chase to come to the UK and when they did I applied immediately. I can honestly say I’ve never been happier with a bank than I have with Chase. The customer service is second to none. So helpful and always friendly. The round up and rewards sections are fantastic and it’s always nice to see you’ve earned on your spendings. The app is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. I travel often to the USA so to have a bank which will not charge you to use your card abroad and always offers the best possible exchange rate is fantastic. It was one of the main reasons I wanted to become a Chase customer. I couldn’t be happier banking with Chase. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
