sometimes simplicity is the key

For a digital bank, usability of the app is critical. Everything I do on the chase app is simple, uncluttered and works. The process to open the account was good, it felt secure and easy to complete. Day to day use is simple and the notifications uncomplicated and to the point. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
