A bank with a difference

This bank offers an excellent product and rewards you more generously than others for being with them. The whole process was easy to set up, the day to day management is a doddle and you're kept well informed. But, for me, the most important thing is the outstanding customer service. When I had a minor problem the person I spoke to was so polite, knowledgeable and fixed the issue straight away. Even gave a little compensation for the hassle.
