Highly recommend Chase!

I recently transferred all my money from Natwest to Chase due to their exceptional overall service and incentives. NatWest has done nothing apart from provide a poor service. Their tellers are unprofessional and rude (no patience with the elderly). Let me not get started on their savings account interest rates.. BOE is currently offering a 4% rate. On this basis NatWest should definitely provide a reasonable savings rate for customers as a gesture of goodwill. On the other hand at Chase, customer service is second to none. Their team will answer your call within 1 minute in comparison to Natwest putting you on Hold for several hours. Highly recommend chase! God make this bank prosper as they have made my life 100x easier. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
