When I have had to call customer service the response is punctual and helpful, the agents are clearly UK based which makes for ease of communication Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great Bank

I closed my accounts with one of the big high street banks when I realised that using Chase was easier, had a better app and paid me cash back on card purchases. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
