Excellent service alround.

From opening the account to everyday use has been trouble free. Communications via chat and email have been prompt. Can’t say about telephone as I have not needed it. I like the round up feature and the 5% interest on the savings. Also the 1% cash back on purchases is a great idea, pity it won’t last past year 1. I also like the fact that you don’t have to deposit a set amount or have any direct debits setup for the features. I know use it for all my online shopping and contactless payments, keeping what funds I need in the account to a set limit so should the worst happen, a scammer can only get minimal funds.
