A breath of fresh air!

Very simple and easy to set up and use the app. Great benefits such as rewards and round ups on current account and the savings account rate is good too. I very much like seeing all my accounts in one place. The whole approach is very flexible and when necessary it’s been very quick and easy to talk to an adviser; unlike another main bank I use (25 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone); Chase are a total breath of fresh air to banking in my experience!
