When joining I accepted chase to be same as other banks bur with some extra benefits cos it was a new bank. However I was really pleasantly surprised. For 1 chases customer service is unrivalled they are instant! I've never seen a bank that's instant!!!! Any problem you have they are absolutely on it! Most banks and customer service also try to hide the contact services but chase does not. I recently purchased a new car and the chase team was fantastic in making sure it's definitely me and we're speedy and safe. Chase is also a bank that has been rewarding customers since day 1 even after my first year passed it continues to give me unrivalled benefits. I hope you guys win bank of the year good luck!
