As close to perfect as an online bank can be

I've had zero issues. £300 in cash back and when scammed, I reported it, then assumed I'd hear no more. A week later, I get a call from chase, telling me they've been investigating it. Later that day, another phone call from the same person to say I was getting my money back. Keeping the same contact to deal with issues is a nice touch and Amy was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
