Never had a problem getting in touch or sorting any problems out. Chase is a brilliant bank and all my family use them. I have even converted friends to chase Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Great bank not had any problems

I enjoy using chase bank for my day to day bank. I have moved banks to be with Chase. The only thing is they don’t do joint accounts which is there only let down. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
