Good customer service when I compare this bank with Lloyds bank

I like this bank. It’s easy to transfer money. I have a very bad experience from the customer service from Lloyds bank. When I transferred money from Lloyds bank, the customer service staff from the phone asked me the purpose. I told her I transferred the money to another bank under the same name of myself. I told her I didn’t want to tell you, it was my personal decision and the most important thing was the transfer was under the same name. She then treat me like a thief and lock my account.
