Great Bank for both Current and Savings Accounts

Opened my current account 10 mths ago before travelling to Italy. Loved that I could earn the 1% cash back on most purchases. Loved that they’ve risen the savings interest rates and enjoy seeing the monthly interest accrued . Also the Round ups at 5% for 12mths is a great feature and glad they’re rolling this over after that time ( by moving the total into my nominated savings at the rate on that account and then starting afresh for another 12mths at a higher rate ) Any small niggles and help I’ve needed while getting accustomed to this new way of banking have been resolved quickly by very friendly , helpful team members. As many of the team are new themselves and still learning , if they’re not sure of an answer they’ll honestly admit that and consult a senior member of the team and issues resolved in minutes.
