Extremely hAPPy with Chase bank

I used to be scared using an app based bank but after being a customer for almost a year I feel as though I should have done this a long ago. It’s extremely safe. Getting through to customer service is quick. The app is easy to use and the products are not bad at all. I am benefiting from the 1% cash back from purchases. From April I believe the current account will also pay 1% interest. The only thing I would like to see it add is more saving account options. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
