Superb service

I logged in to make payments to HMRC and I successfully did this. However I realised i didnt include any reference for HMRC to apply these to my accounts. I rang the customer service immediately and I was able to get the guidance from this agent who provided me with the key elements of information I required to share with HMRC to allow them allocate the payment against my UTR. I am quite impressed with the professionalism of this agent to calming me down and assuring me that all will be sorted in a short while Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
