Fab customer service

Everything I have contacted Chase bank, they provide great customer service. I processed a transfer recently and was on a tight timescale. Messaged through the app to ask how long it would take for the transfer to complete, got asked some questions and it was done. They are always very polite.Its refreshing to see a bank that tells you they are increasing their savings interest rates without you having to ask them. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
