The app is super easy to use, it’s simple and efficient. The instant card freeze feature enabled me to prevent an automatic repeat subscription that I hadn’t asked for being taken out every month. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to wait for a new card to be sent to me. The new number was instantly assigned to my existing card. No stress , no fuss all done in minutes. The cash back feature has earned me a significant amount of money since opening. I’ve been with Chase for around 18 months and am constantly banging on about it to friends and family , encouraging them to use it. Love this Bank. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Easiest and most efficient banking ever!

The app is so quick and responsive. It makes it easy to be in full control of your spending. The cash-back opening offer has resulted in over £ 100 in rewards. I LOVE this bank! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
