I find the app very intuitive

I find the app very intuitive and not long-winded like some. The full functionality is great. I have used Customer Services three times via the app and always very helpful, and do what they say they will do. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Excellent notifications

I have been using this for 10 months and is my account of choice for everyday spending; on line and in shops with the debit card. I really like having to approve some online payments, and it is very comforting that all payments are immediately notified, so any stealing of the details would immediately show up.
