Review of the Chase Bank, Current account:

All very tempting till you need support because they have declined a payment

There is not enough room here to express how dreadful this company is. On 3 separate occasions in the last year, a transaction which should have gone through, didn't and despite contacting customer services many times using the app messaging and phone button, Chase bank are incapable of returning money to your account when it was their fault in the first place. I would 100% NOT recommend Chase or any other bank associated with it. They still owe me money and that is after I had to make a complaint to the CEO. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN CHASE BANK.
