Brilliant communication, straight forward app to use. Constantly giving back to the customers. Initially 1% cashback on spending for a year but now extending that to loyal customers from April too. Constantly increasing their savings account rates in line with the BoE increases when many other banks are not following suit and only offering measily 1 and 2% savings rate. Honestly cannot fault them and would recommend to everyone. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
