Have been with Chase under a year now and it has been an excellent service experience. Have both current and savings account with them. The app gives alot of info and is easy is to use. The 1% cashback on all purchases is brilliant. They keep you up to date, giving you tips and advice and any queries I have had to make through customer services has been responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. I have told several of my friends and family about Chase and they have opened accounts and are happy customers as well. Would definitely recommend Chase for an award...
