Excellent Services

I love the immediate updates to my balance and the notifications when money is deposited or withdrawn. I have contacted the Service team on a couple of occasions and can say the experience was very positive. No call centres, and speedy updates. I was introduced to Chase Bank by my daughter and in turn I have further recommended members of my family, who have also commented on how impressed they are with Chase Bank and the services provided. Highly recommend

I love the easy access to my accounts, and immediate updates when money is either deposited or withdrawn. I also love that interest is applied to the account monthly. I find that a huge incentive to keep saving. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
