Simple and fast no fuss

Simple to set up. So easy to use the app to control all aspects of the account. Especially like the decent savings rate automatically applied to existing savings without having to take out another ‘product’. Like being able to have different account headings to save for different reasons and very easy to transfer funds in/out and across all elements. Have had no sales pitching hassles so not feeling bullied and not being pestered to take out costly insurance packages I don’t want or need. Feel confident Chase is a decent bank with a good customer attitude. Hope it stays that way!!! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
