Do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost!

Avoid this insurance company at all costs. Endless delays in payment (still not received despite agreeing a settlement 8 weeks ago) poor communication, and unresponsive customer service make them a nightmare to deal with. Updates only via live chat and customer service rep has left a chat open since 26 Feb and is ignoring my requests for an update. I cannot close the chat nor open a new one which means I have lost the ability to contact the company via the only means available f... Reviewed on: 6th March 2024
