Amazing All-Round!

Amazing cashback plans for the basic current accounts, matching other bank's interest rates for savings account and an amazing app that is really easy to navigate. Customer service is very prompt and helpful (only once needed them in many years!) Very happy! Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Rewarding Saving Account

The AER rate is fantastic, kept in line or beyond the rates of other large banking companies. The interface to see savings and interest paid is very simple and straight forward. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Simple, honest, rewarding.

Chase Bank have never failed to keep me updated on changes to the all, T's & C's, AER rates. Never made a negative update to their app, only ever improved it. The app layout is very simple if wanted, or added features of various saving "pockets" as such - which can enhance saving experience. They reward your loyalty - which is an added bonus to their amazing service. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
