I joined Chase as it's a reputable bank in the USA, and when I found out I could open an account in the UK, I jumped at the chance. They offered me cashback for a year on purchases and have recently offered a savings account at a cool 3%. They've always kept me up to date with special offers and news. I've never had a problem, so I can't speak for their customer service department but that's a good thing. It works flawlessly with my Google Pay as well. No issues whatsoever.
