Their customer support is polite, quick and effective.

Their customer support is polite, quick and effective. I could not ask for more from a bank. I had issues with a purchase and pursuing a refund. The staff made me feel supported and dealt with my issue to the best of their ability treating me with respect for the entirety. Their 1% cashback is an ingenious method that makes me rather bank with them than anyone else. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
