I love the fact that Chase contact their customers to let them know their interest rate is going up, it makes me feel more content knowing they have it all in hand and seem to have their customers interests at heart. Great Customer Service

Chase is a brilliant bank as you can actually get to speak to real people who are always happy to help. Also this is the only bank I have known that actually make you feel valued as a customer, they get in touch with you to let you know they have increased their interest rates on your savings which is such a welcome change. I am very happy with them, they deserve to be recognised. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
