Banking with Chase is just EASY!

Banking with Chase is just easy - the App is excellent, it's easy to find any info you want or make any transaction. I've been recommending Chase to friends and family ever since I joined them, and still do, even though some of the original current account perks have been reduced. It's still a better banking experience somehow than the other 3 banks I use alongside it, for one reason or another. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

I love everything about banking with Chase

Mainly, I love the app (incredibly user-friendly) and the benefits attached to my current account: a parallel high-interest instant access savings account and the facility to switch money back and forth between the savings and current account at a touch; the 1% cash-back on all my current account spending; the free overseas spending regardless of zone or currency - all fantastic. But when I lost my card while travelling abroad and needed help, I additionally loved that I was able to engage quite swiftly with a real person, who offered me good advice/assistance. Absolutely without criticism on all fronts

Banking with Chase has been a completely streamlined pleasure from Day 1. First of all there's the fact that my current account came with the bonus of 1% cashback on pretty much everything I buy, and no fees for the privilege. I have just learned that this benefit will be extended beyond the end of my first year, too (with some slight qualification but nothing to dampen my delight at the continuing bonus). Second, the account comes linked to an instant access savings account with an interest rate that has consistently compared advantageously with other comparable accounts. It is fabulously easy to move money between the current and savings account, meaning that one is able to take full advantage of the saver alongside the current account. Payments in or out of the account are notified by phone almost instantaneously so you always know what is going on even without opening the app. This means also that there is no chance of someone using my lost or stolen debit card for a contactless payment without me being instantly made aware of the fact. And then, the app itself is excellent! It is the best designed, most user-friendly banking app imaginable - just completely painless to use whatever you need to find or do on it, whatever info you need is right at your fingertips. I also really like the 'anonymous' nature of the debit card I carry, given the simplicity of accessing its details on my app. Small details (like the 'copy' function beside each of the card details) make it twice as easy as usual to fill out an online payment form with the relevant data - it's an example of the extent to which everything has been well thought out - a perfect marriage of function and design. Last but not least, the same account and card carry no fees (and I understand offers one of the better exchange rates) for overseas spending, which is great. I used to have to use a separate (specifically selected for that perk) credit card for all my overseas spending - but my Chase account obviates the need for that past inconvenience. In summary, I never thought it possible to 'love' a bank account, but I really do love my Chase account. I would - and do! - recommend it to anyone that has a smartphone..
