I trust them to look after my money!

I have been surprised when Chase have phoned me to query strange transactions and are absolutely on the case and quick to notice anything untoward with my account. When I have needed to query a transaction or something else, they are really quick to respond and always knowledgeable. Absolutely great service. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Excellent in every way

Very quick to update transactions. Very good at keeping me informed of the latest offers, interest rates and any account information. The savings account is great too. Faster than other banks to increase the interest rate. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
