Easy to understand on-line and via my phone

I opened this account in Branch, the account t & c are clear, there is a reasonable interest rate on your savings, and I can access my money on-line, via my phone app, and by card quickly and easily, the security I set up on my savings means I feel protected against on-line fraud. Plus the staff in branch explained everything I needed to know, they could not do enough for me. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

quick easy and helpful.

I was wary about using a payday loan, but once it was explained, and the payments were well within my budget, the staff reassured be that as long as I kept to my budget there would no worries. I was able to pay for my car repair, and I paid back the loan early which saved me money. I cannot thank the staff enough. Reviewed on: 10th June 2017

Flood damage settled in days.

I had only switched to Aviva a week before I had a burst pipe in my bathroom and needed a new ceiling, bathroom floor and the new pipework. They sent an assessor around the next day, after 2 quotes were emailed, the cheque was in the post within 5 days. Amazing service. Reviewed on: 15th August 2016
