I like the ease of the on line experience, can transfer my monies without problem. Like the savings offers and the round up is useful. Have introduced both my sons to the bank. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Very happy with Chase

Banked with Chase for 15 months. Initially wary of sole on line banking I am very pleased. Convenient and easy to use and I feel in control of my money. Enabled me to save through the rewards over a year and subsequently I have now opened a savings account. Free to use abroad. I have recently recommended Chase to my 25 year old son. Worked very well for me

Joined to be able to use card abroad with no fees. Now will continue to use as main card. Like the rewards and intend to set up savings account too. Easy to use and accessible 24/7 Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
