Highly recommended

Rates have generally kept up with the market, really easy to transfer to current account (I often do this while shopping in the supermarket!), and customer service is brilliant. No waiting on the app staring at the chat for a response, they just notify you when there is a reply and you can go back to it. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Support without the wait - Brilliant

Help is available via chat, without needing to stay online to receive replies - this is incredible compared to others, I love it. They are great and efficient to assist. Slightly disappointed that the cashback offer was scaled back, but it is still the very best account I have found all round. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Easy to open and manage digitally
