Efficient- pleasure to use

The service has been efficient no-nonsense and effective. An extremely pleasant experience and incredibly easy to use. With one minor exception (nothing is perfect in this world) which I understand is a blip. Using Chase since inception it has removed headaches associated with paper, statements and transactions that are unnecessarily protracted. It's just simple and effective. What more do you want?
