Fantastic App and services

The Chase App is fantastic, so easy to use and navigate, including opening different savings accounts. The %age cash back scheme is really good, it accumulates in a separate account at a higher rate of interest as well, which can be paused at any time. There are lots of features that are easy to use, including categories of expenditure and reviews available. It is by far the best banking App and very rarely are there any issues. When I have had to call them they are always there and incredibly helpful, sorting out immediately any issues. I would very highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Great app and services

I am very pleased with the Chase current account application, it works so well and yet appears so simple, but includes all the information you need easily at a glance. The 1% cash back for a year is amazing too. Very impressed with the service and banking, any queries on the phone are answered by a person, not a computer or overseas call centre and swiftly resolved. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
