A real bank with real people

When I had an issue with a payment abroad whilst on holiday chase sorted it out. I was able to speak to a real person and they even contacted me later to see if everything was ok. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Excellent customer service

When I had an issue with a payment I made whilst on holiday in Spain I was able to speak to a real person. They gave me some excellent advice which swiftly resolved the issue. Chase even called me a week later to make sure everything was all sorted. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
