Excellent human assistance!

Every time I’ve had an issue you speak to a person. They have great knowledge and were helpful offering advice and guidance. I was also pleased that they contacted me when a potential fraud was flagged. They dealt with compassion and kindness explaining what the issue was and how to rectify. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

How to keep a check on my spending- bank with Chase!

Instant updates of spend means keeping track of funds is simple. Excellent customer service and speaking to a real person not only helpful but understanding and actually listen to concerns. The cash back is obviously a winner along with the fact you’re told if an item doesn’t qualify. To top it all the monthly information on where my money has gone and comparing on a monthly basis is really useful. Cannot fault this banking experience. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
