I find Chase meets all my requirements of what I want in a bank. I've had no major issues and everything works as it should. A friend and relative joined on my recommendation and both are more than happy with the services offered. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Excellent Service does as it Says!!!

Online account, very easy to set up and use. Love that you can set up multiple saving accounts for different savings. Had no issues with the use of the account always available therefore have never had to contact customer service which is a big plus in my eyes! My husband has just set up an account on my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
