Bank is proactive in their customer experience

Had issues with the app and had to redo the verification process numerous times. Wasn't happy but didn't make an official complaint either. However, Chase Bank initiated a gesture of goodwill of £50 for the inconvenience. Nice to have a bank that values its customer's experience. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Happy with Chase bank so far. Exceptional feature is their Round-Up account which rounds up your spending to the nearest pound and top it with 5% interest for first 12 months. App is user friendly and customer service has been satisfactory. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
