Review of the Allianz, Car insurance:

A customer appreciated insurer.

Allianz emails put offers for various things - most recent tickets for Rugby and the Paris Olympics, they also keep you upto date with changes in motoring, all in all you feel as though you are appreciated for your custom and not left waiting just for the next renewal reminder as with most motor insurance companies. Happy to stay with them as long as their prices are on par with others. Reviewed on: 17th September 2024

Personally only use Chase Current as shopping card for the 1% cashback as better deals on my money being sat in other bank accounts so I have to top this up once a month and keep my eye on the balance prior to using - which I intially made the mistake of doing a couple of times (as I am use to having suffienct funds), so it was a bit embarrassing having my card declined at the till in front of other shoppers, just a personal thing. Fortunatley I had other cards I could fall back on. Apps ok, seen it getting rave reviews but I'm not impressed in the layout ie looking for shop spends and deductive balance. Round ups proved a nightmare both in the amount it takes out on every other spend and trying to keep track of it, turned to excel on my pc with auto sum which still didn't marry? - doubt it was wrong but became a headache I didn't expect to have - Issues probably down to me being old skool. Bar the 1% cashback only keep for travel free ATM - though also available on Starling. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
