Great customer service, explaining of procedure and process. I use Chase as everyday banking and I like the user interface, the cashback and the rewarding offers. The categories of payments are always accurate, messaging easy to understand. I’ve made some large payments as a customer including for house purchasing and the staff have been really helpful as well as taking care to inform me of fraud and other risks Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
