I hope you win Best Bank award!

It is so refreshing to be able to talk to a human being when issues arise, particularly as the human being is very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. The bank passed on interest increases before any other bank. When so much of life in Britain is in such a mess it is heartening that a company still wants to give good service at all times. I have recommended the bank to friends and we are all of the same opinion. I should have moved to Chase years ago. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
