Generally satisfactory; app is very good

App is intuitive, effective & efficient. The speed of transaction-related notifications is very fast. Customer support chat is effective and efficient. Other than a previous lapse of Customer focus regarding clarity of Ts&Cs, overall I am content with the standard of service from this bank. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
