Anytime I’ve had to call Chase customer service or contact them on line they respond almost immediately, they have always responded and reacted with help and knowledge with anything I’ve asked and when they couldn’t give me an answer at the time of the call they got back to me with an answer as they promised they would! Good service and insurance pricing for my Lodge!

I use them for my lodge insurance and I’ve enjoyed a simple renewal process each year without any price increases, when I’ve had to speak with them the been helpful friendly and knowledgeable! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2024

Customer Focused Banking!

I connected with Chase Bank two months ago, after being recommended by my grandson, initially with a credit account, but quickly followed by a savings account, I needed to ask some questions and was amazed at the prompt response and actions by the advisor to satisfy my requirements, extraordinary customer service levels we don’t seem to see nowadays, 10 out of 10 for being so customer focused!
