Superb Customer Service

I bank with 4 different banks and the experience with Chase is by far the best. All the other banks are old fashioned, difficult to get hold of, and make you feel like you an annoyance to them. Chase is different. You can get hold of Chase instantly, the App is easy to use, and the interest rates are always strong. Well done, Chase - keep it up. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
