I advised Santander of my trip to the USA and gave them the dates, and was assured that their records would be noted. In the US the card has worked as normal, but it no longer appears on the app or on on-line banking. I cannot therefore check my card balance. I phoned Santander (costly from USA) and was told they would sort it and phone me back; they never did phone, and my account still indicates that I do not hold this card. Accessing Santander from US was very difficult, and I need to wait until I return to the UK to try to sort this in Branch. Very disappointing and disconcerting. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Easy Banking

Opening a current account in order to access savings accounts was very straightforward. The ability to open several savings accounts again was easy and is very helpful. Being able to do everything through the mobile app just makes life so much easier. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
