Brilliant bank with transparent, customer focussed strategy

First time using an online only bank, couldn’t have been easier and the app so easy to use. Good interest rates, better than the high street banks.I had a question and spoke to a real human being. Who answered the phone in 5 rings. And on a Sunday. What’s not to like? Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
