Excellent online bank

Chase deliver on all levels. The Chase app is extremely user friendly. Easy to navigate and swap between accounts. Moving money and making payments also without hassle. So happy I chose to bank with this online service and have recommended to many. I have only used customer service once and that was a pleasure as the real human on the other end of the phone resolved the issue and did it making me feel like an important customer. I have been a Chase customer for a year & it is the best banking switch decision I’ve made. Couldn’t be happier. The app is excellent. It is unbelievably informative, user friendly and easy to navigate.. Customer service when I’ve used have been helpful, informative and certainly go the extra mile to assist. Also I am kept well informed by email as to happenings and Chase could certainly show many others how things should be done and to guarantee customer satisfaction. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
