Always good.

Always good. Easy to use. Have never, to date, had to contact Chase with any problems and being able to transfer money to payees and other banks is easy and simplified compared to others I also like the fact that when I have paid for goods, I receive a notification almost immediately letting me know it has gone through, Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

Very good all round, works really well.

Very good all round, works really well and have had no problems to date. It is quick and easy and I have not had to call regarding any problems. Would like the savings account to have a better rate, but good in any event Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

So easy and quick to use

I was a little wary of using Chase a year ago but I am delighted with it. They are also easy to chat to customer advisers and I have recommended Chase to many friends and family. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
